Kettlebell + TRX Bootcamp

MON: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 6:00 PM

TUES: 6:00 AM

WED: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 6:00 PM

THURS: 6:00 AM

FRI: 9:00 AM, 5:30 PM

SAT: 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM

A fun, fast paced, 45 minute total body workout for all levels. Burn fat, add lean muscle, and increase mobility while learning how to properly use kettlebells. Get a top-notch workout from a certified personal trainer in a motivating group environment.

Core Strength, Flexibility and Balance are essential, yet often overlooked parts of overall fitness.
This class uses varied functional movements and stretching techniques to enhance body awareness, joint mobility and core activation for peak performance, injury prevention, muscle recovery and restoration
